Terms & Conditions

1. Your initial retainer reserves your event date and is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

2. We must receive the balance of your order by the due date indicated or the contract is nul and void, and retainer/booking fee wi l not be refunded and is not eligible to be transferred or applied to an existing or future order.

3. Changes and/or cancelation requests received within or up to 7 days prior to your pick-up or delivery date are at the sole discretion of Sweets for Belle.

4. Any and al changes requested cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Refund or transfer requests are at the sole discretion of Sweets for Belle.

6. We cannot guarantee the replica of a design. We wi l do our best to provide cookies that are similar to a design requested and to the best of our creative ability.

7. There is no guarantee that food colors will match the exact shades of color swatches shared, or described. We will do our best to match the color shades requested.

8. Delivery and setup is depending on the location of the venue and wi l be stipulated in the final price, upon request during the initial discussion.

9. We are not responsible for any damage to the baked goods after pickup or setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the baked goods(s). Custom cookies are delicate, can break or be damaged easily and should be handled with care.

10. If flowers are provided by an outside source, we wi l place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

11. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume al liability and responsibility for the condition of the baked goods, custom cookies and/or cake once it leaves our possession.

12. On occasion we wi l photograph our baked goods or cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

13. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other alergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for alergic reactions.

14. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
