Please see below some info on the order process:
- Custom cookie orders have a minimum order of 2 dozen.
- Quotes and invoices will reflect the theme, design requests, flavor and quantity.
- Each cookie is individually packaged in a heat sealed bag to preserve the design and promote freshness.
- An invoice with order details and payment schedule will be sent to you via email
- Your event date is not reserved until your retainer (booking fee) is paid
- Retainers (booking fees) not paid within 24hrs of the due date are cancelled and your order is not reserved in our calendar
